Return Policy
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with these products after buying them, you may return them within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund as long as the items are in the same condition as when you received them. Please include the original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note you will need to pay the cost of return shipping, which will not be added to your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval of your refund (or possible rejection if item(s) are returned in a clearly degraded condition). Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within just a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If more than a few days have gone by and you haven’t received your refund yet, please reach out to your bank or credit card company first. It can sometimes take several days before your refund is processed or officially posts at their end. If you've done this and they still can't confirm that your refund is pending, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link on our website, or the e-mail address or phone number showing on your receipt, so we can get this resolved for you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to him or herself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
Exchanges
If you receive an item that is damaged and wish to exchange it, please take a clear picture of the damaged item, showing also the packaging and address label it came with, and forward it to the e-mail address or phone number showing on your receipt within 21 days from the date of purchase. You may also reach out to us using the "Contact Us" link on our website.
At our discretion, we may ask that you return the damaged item to us but will provide you with a free return shipping label if we do. We will then gladly send you a replacement item at no cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
Shipping

Again, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs (except when doing an exchange as explained in the previous section).
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
